Terms of sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all commercial relations between PARIS RAW HAIR and its customers for the sale of products via the website www.parisrawhair.com.
1. Purpose
These GTCS set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by PARIS RAW HAIR.
2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The customer acknowledges having read these GTCS before placing an order. By confirming the order, the customer expressly and unreservedly accepts all of the GTCS.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, photos are non-contractual and may show slight variations in color or texture.
4. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (incl. VAT), excluding delivery costs. PARIS RAW HAIR reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
The customer may place an order directly on www.parisrawhair.com. The order will only be confirmed once payment has been accepted. PARIS RAW HAIR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for a previous order.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by bank card or any other method offered on the website. The amount is debited at the time the order is confirmed. Transactions are secured via an encryption protocol.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. PARIS RAW HAIR offers several delivery options. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only, and PARIS RAW HAIR cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
9. Returns and Refunds
The customer must inform PARIS RAW HAIR of their decision to withdraw by sending an email to support@parisrawhair.com. Once the product has been received and inspected, PARIS RAW HAIR will issue a refund within 14 days. Initial delivery costs are non-refundable.
10. Warranty
Products sold by PARIS RAW HAIR benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, PARIS RAW HAIR undertakes to replace or refund it, subject to availability.
11. Liability
PARIS RAW HAIR cannot be held liable for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products. PARIS RAW HAIR’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.parisrawhair.com are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of PARIS RAW HAIR. Any reproduction or use, even partial, of the website’s elements is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
13. Personal Data
Information collected when placing an order is necessary for processing and delivering orders. It is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
14. Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
