All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
RAW HAIR products require a manufacturing period of 3 to 6 days. After placing your order, please take into account the processing, manufacturing, and shipping time, which may take up to 14 days in total.
2. Shipping Options and Fees:
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): 10$
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): 15$
3. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

We currently ship throughout US. For international shipping, please contact us for more information and to receive a quote.
