At PARIS RAW HAIR, we offer high-quality hair products that are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products and for strict hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
No Returns – No Refunds
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect order selection, or dissatisfaction.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, including lengths, textures, and specifications, before completing their purchase.
Defective Products or Order Errors
An exception is made only in the following cases:
- The product received is defective
- An error occurred in the order preparation
